WHO? YOU! Have you ever wanted to solve a cold murder case? Have you ever wanted to inhabit the world of CLUE and unravel its mystery like a real detective? This is your chance. This event is great for everyone ages 8 and up.
WHERE? Village Green Park in downtown Skokie located between the Skokie Village Hall and Skokie Public Library. Then, investigators will sneak their way through downtown Skokie trying to solve the mystery. The game will take approximately 2 hours to complete.

WHEN? July 23rd – August 17th. Games begin every 20 minutes within these hours:
Wednesdays beginning at 1pm and the last game begins at 4pm
Thursdays beginning at 4:30 pm and the last game begins at 8pm
Fridays beginning at 4:30pm and the last game begins at 8pm
Saturdays beginning at 1pm and the last game begins at 9pm.
Games after 7pm on Saturdays are reserved for guests 21+, as we’re planning exclusive after-parties!
Sundays beginning at at 10:30 am and the last game begins at 4pm.

Have you ever wanted to solve a cold murder case? Have you ever wanted to inhabit the world of CLUE and unravel its mystery like a real detective? This is your chance.
CLUE: A Walking Mystery is an interactive, IRL game of the beloved board game. In this version, the murder was never solved, the mansion sold, and the furniture from all nine rooms has been auctioned off and scattered throughout downtown Skokie. Players must find the furniture found at local businesses and solve puzzles within them to figure out WHO did it WHERE and with WHAT.
CLUE: A Walking Mystery is an interactive, real-life experience based on the beloved board game. Detectives are greeted by the Butler and then sent on their way to solve a mystery, gathering clues from popular sites and shops in the surrounding area.
In this new spin on everyone’s favorite mystery game, guests step into the roles of the ancestors of the beloved CLUE characters (Mayor Green, Colonel Mustard, Solicitor Peacock, Professor Plum, Miss Scarlett and Chef White) as detectives to solve the mystery of who murdered the elusive Mr. Boddy.
The case has gone cold, with the murderer still at large. All the furniture from Tudor Mansion has been auctioned off and scattered throughout the village. Determined to finally catch the culprit, the newly minted detectives must find the furniture located at local businesses and solve interactive puzzles within them to discover the clue left behind by the culprit. Piecing these clues together will allow players to figure out WHO did it WHERE and with WHAT.

Where to Park:
DOES EVERYBODY NEED TO HAVE A TICKET?
Yes, as this is a participatory experience, all present must have a ticket. We recommend this experience for gumshoes ages 8 and over.
ARE THERE DISCOUNTS?
We may occasionally release “clues” on our socials for special discounts. However, purchasing a ticket does entitle players to exclusive discounts at shops and eateries along the way.
DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE? OR CAN I JUST WATCH? WHAT IF I’M AN INTROVERT?
Introverts welcome! You’ll be solving the case with your own team at your own speed, so you never have to interact with other teams if you don’t want to.
I did this last year in my city, is it the same experience?
Nope – it’s a brand new mystery! Different story, different puzzles, different evidence and a different solution – but that same thrill of being a detective!
HOW MUCH WALKING IS INVOLVED AND HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE?
All locations are within downtown Skokie and are wheelchair accessible.
There is no time limit, but we suggest allowing up to 2 hours to complete the game. Some players have made an entire afternoon out of it, taking advantage of the discounts from each business.
HOW DO WE FIND OUT WHO DID IT, (WITH) WHAT AND WHERE!?
The game concludes with the full group of suspects gathering with the Butler to deduce the answer together.
DO WE GET A PRIZE FOR SOLVING THE CASE?
You’ll receive the satisfaction of being the best sleuth on the street and knowing Mr. Boddy will finally rest in peace.

CLUE: A Walking Mystery is a family friendly event and is recommended for ages 8 and over with adults accompanying minors.
