Please know that for North Shore Center ticket purchases:

  • We will automatically transfer your tickets to the rescheduled performance date. If you cannot attend the show on the new date you will be entitled to a credit towards another performance prior to May 13, 2022.
  • If we are unable to reschedule an event, you will automatically receive a full refund.
  • If your event is cancelled due to a governmental restriction that prohibits events or event capacities, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! If you’ve been ill, around another ill person, or measured a high temperature within two weeks before the event, just let us know. You’ll receive a credit towards another North Shore Center event prior to May 13, 2022.
  • Health and safety come first! If you are feeling uncomfortable about event attendance, just let us know. You’ll receive a peace of mind along with a credit towards purchase of another North Shore Center event ticket prior to May 13, 2022.
